Order & Payment
First order $500 minimum
Top-up order $300 minimum
Payment is made through the website using your wholesaler code provided by us, after you have completed the wholesale application form found below.
Alternatively we may grant you extension of the payment up until the shipment date if required.
Depending on your order size, it may take between 1-3 weeks for production. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date after your order is placed. If you can provide us with your restocking schedule, that will allow both of us to plan ahead on your orders accordingly!
All domestic shipments are posted for free via Australia Post Express Service.
Depending on stock availability, delivery times may vary to fulfil your orders under one shipment. If there are any foreseeable delays, we will let you know. Please let us know if you require your order on a specific date.
Cancellation & Returns
Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of order placement, with a full refund. Unfortunately we do not accept any returns.
